Transform Your Windows with Faux Stained Glass

I transformed my living room windows into renter-friendly faux stained glass inspired privacy screens using acrylic, layered window film, lead strips, and custom wood frames ✨ I live on a busy street and wanted more privacy without blocking the natural light, so I designed and built three architectural-style window panels inspired by vintage stained glass and mid-century design. In this video I test different film textures and colours, build custom frames, layer translucent and frosted films onto acrylic, and install the finished privacy screens into my apartment windows. This DIY stained glass window project completely changed the feeling of my space while still keeping it bright, warm, and renter friendly.
