Digital Download Refund Policy

Products purchased directly through the Vanessa Creates online shop are primarily digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, digital purchases are generally final once access to the download has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

If something is wrong with your order

Please contact contact@vanessacreates.ca if you were charged more than once, received the wrong file, cannot access the file, or the file is defective or corrupted. We will work with you to provide the correct file or otherwise resolve the issue.

Change-of-mind purchases

We generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases of digital products after the download has been made available.

Physical or third-party products

If a product is sold or fulfilled by a third-party retailer, that retailer’s return and refund policy applies. If Vanessa Creates offers a physical product directly through this website in the future, any product-specific return terms shown on that listing will apply.

Payment refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued are controlled by the payment provider or financial institution.
