Products and digital downloads
Product descriptions, prices, and included files are shown on the applicable product page. Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software can open the file format described on the product page.
Prices and payment
Shop prices are currently displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. Orders are not complete until payment has been successfully processed.
Intellectual property
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of Vanessa Creates’ underlying artwork, designs, photographs, writing, trademarks, or other intellectual property. You may not falsely claim Vanessa Creates content as your own or redistribute the original digital files for resale.
Refunds
Refunds and order issues are handled under the Digital Download Refund Policy.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep product information and site content accurate and current, but errors may occasionally occur. We may correct errors, update information, or discontinue products when necessary.
